1 Head Boston, Red Leaf or Green Leaf lettuce, rinsed and dried, separated into individual leaves and chilled
1 lb Ground turkey
1/2 lb Ground Shrimp, deveined, rinsed and dried
1 C. Shitake or mixed gourmet mushrooms, diced
1 C. each Bamboo Shoots, Water chestnuts, sliced into matchsticks
1 C. each Carrots, Celery, diced
1 T. Ginger, slivered
2 T. Cilantro, minced
1 T. each Sesame oil/olive oil
Saute ground turkey and shrimp in olive oil/sesame oil. Remove from pan.
Add shitake/mushrooms and saute until softened.
Add all veggies and stir fry. Return turkey to pan. Stir in ginger and cilantro.
Serve mixture in chilled lettuce leaves.
