Yummy Breakfast Yogurt with Oatmeal

3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup old fashioned oats (NOT quick cook!)

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 C. berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)


Option 1: Mix ingredients together and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before eating.

Option 2: Combine ingredients in a blender. Add milk as needed for desired consistency.
