Grilled Peaches with Ricotta, Honey and Almonds

3-4 Peaches, halved and pitted

1 T. Brown sugar

1 t, Cinnamon, divided

1 T. Unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

1/2 C. Ricotta cheese

1 T. Honey

Sprinkle Sliced Almonds


Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil or place on buttered griddle pan or grill.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Brush each peach half with melted butter. Sprinkle peach halves with brown sugar and cinnamon mixrure. Place the peaches on a grill and sear or place on in oven and roast until the peaches are tender, 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven/grill.

Allow to cool slightly.

Place a dollop of ricotta cheese in center of peach half. Drizzle honey and almonds over entire peach. Serve.
