Breadstick or pizza dough
1 cup Marinara sauce
20 – 30 Parmesan cheese shavings


Cut each Parmesan cheese shaving into a fingernail shape. Set aside. Lay dough flat and cut into long strips. Only do this step if dough comes as one big piece. Roll each strip to make snake like strands. Place each strand on a non-stick baking pan. Use the back of a ½ teaspoon to make indents in each dough strip where the fingernail will go. Cut lines into each dough strip to make knuckles. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Once you remove from the oven, reinforce the indents and knuckle cuts you made. After the fingers cool for 5 minutes, add a ½ teaspoon of marinara sauce to the fingernail indent. Cover sauce with one Parmesan cheese shaving. Repeat the last two steps for the remaining fingers. Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
