Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

PHP and IOP services represent intensive treatment options for individuals contending with debilitating symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and/or trauma that disrupt their daily functioning. These programs vary in intensity levels, with PHP being a full-day program (5-6 hours daily) attended 5 days per week, while IOP is a half-day program (3 to 3.5 hours daily) also attended 5 days per week. Both daytime and afternoon/evening options are available.

Linden Oaks' PHP mental health programs provide a diverse array of services, including individual therapy, skill development, and medication management, all conveniently centralized in one location.

Both programs focus on interactive, group-based therapy and individualized care. The group therapy curriculum is grounded in scientifically proven treatment models. Individual care encompasses psychiatry, individual therapy, family therapy, and additional specialized services if required, addressing areas such as substance use, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chronic pain, and mindfulness.

Multidisciplinary treatment teams collaborate with the patient's family/support network and outpatient team to develop personalized treatment plans.
