Counseling Services

Psychotherapists, including psychologists, counselors/therapists, and social workers, specialize in psychotherapy (talk therapy) and addressing mental health disorders.

Counselors and social workers have undergone advanced education (e.g., LCPC, LCSW), supervised training, and state licensure. Their main focus is assisting individuals in developing coping skills to manage a spectrum of mental and behavioral health challenges. They work with clients individually, as couples, families, or in group settings, addressing diverse mental health concerns.

Psychologists possess advanced training in psychology and doctoral degrees (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D.). Their primary emphasis is on helping individuals cultivate coping skills for various mental and behavioral health issues. Some psychologists also specialize in psychological testing and evaluation. Like counselors and social workers, psychologists work with clients individually, as couples, families, or in group settings, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.

Therapy Groups at Endeavor Health Medical Group

Therapeutic groups provide a supportive environment for individuals to apply and refine learned therapeutic skills, addressing current life challenges and mitigating the risk of relapse.

These groups are structured to aid both adults and adolescents in making significant progress in their recovery journey. Participants are encouraged to exhibit actions aligned with their values, consistently employ coping skills, and maintain a steadfast commitment to safety and stability.
