Come on in, the water’s nice all year round at Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness. Train for fitness, learn to swim, get one-on-one attention, or receive rehabilitation at your pace in one of our lap and warm-water therapy pools. Whether you are 6 months old or 100, we have an aquatics class fit for you.
Working out in water can help ease pain and relieve stress on joints. As a medically-based health and fitness center, we offer specialty aquatics classes to patients with Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia and arthritis pain. View our pool schedules below or contact your local Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness center to learn more about our aquatics classes.

Children’s Aquatics Private Swimming Lessons:
Private swimming lessons provide personalized skill training, swim analysis, technique correction, and endurance building skills at your swimmer’s pace. Private swimming lessons are for swimmers ranging between 6 months & 16 years old. We work on swim training & coaching with our older and more advanced swimmers and introduction to water & safety skills to our beginner swimmers. We are offering 30 minute individual or partner lessons. These lessons are available to both members and non-members of the fitness center.
If you are interested in getting your kids back into the pool feel free to contact our Children’s Aquatics Supervisor, Elizabeth Ubben, Children’s Aquatics Supervisor, at 630-646-7938 or Elizabeth.Ubben@eehealth.org.
