During your hospital stay, patients admitted with heart failure will receive a guidebook. This guidebook will help assist you with what to expect before, during and after your hospital stay. The guidebook is yours to keep and should be taken home after your discharge from the hospital. Links to the electronic copies below are meant to be used as a back-up.
