Standing Tall

Nancy Klotz, RYT, Certified Pilates Instructor, will take help fine tune deep postural muscles in order to correct muscle imbalances. Exercises to stabilize the core and hips are blended with yoga postures to assist participants in creating functionally aligned, stronger posture and help improve stability, strength and flexibility.

Workshops

Yoga Workshop "Intentions + Being"

Be part of this opportunity to study with international yoga master and best-selling author Rolf Gates, at the 2 hour dynamic workshop session of vinyasa, meditation, pranyama and lecture/discussion. The session is based on Rolf Gates’ newly released: Meditations on Intention and Beings: Dally Reflections on the Path of Yoga, Mindfulness and Compassion. The only ‘requirement’ is that you show up, do your best and let your best be good enough.
