*$57 physicals are self-pay except for patients with insurance plans through Illinois Health Partners: BCBS HMO Illinois, BCBS Blue Advantage and Humana HMO including the Edward-Elmhurst employee plan.

What to expect

When you arrive at one of our Walk-In Clinics, you will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis by board-certified family nurse practitioners and physician assistants — experts who partner with our family practice and internal medicine physicians to care for you.

Our clinics treat people who are at least 18 months old. They are ideal for patients with coughs, sore throats, flu symptoms, bladder infections and more, including:

Minor illness exams (colds, sore throats, flu, sinus infections)
