About Location

The Edward-Elmhurst Health Center is located at 755 N. York Street across the street from Mariano’s in north Elmhurst. The 13,000 square foot building includes 10 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 endoscopy suite and 4 pre/post recovery rooms.

The Center is home to physician offices including family medicine, internal medicine and gastroenterology.

This location also offers a Walk-In Clinic, where you will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis by board-certified family nurse practitioners and physician assistants—experts who partner with our family practice and internal medicine physicians to care for you.
