The personal trainers at Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness excel at helping you achieve the results you want. Our staff is as diverse as our membership. We'll pair you up with a trainer who matches your needs.

Personal training policies

  • All clients must fill out this Personal Training Request Form and accept these policies in order to start training.
  • Personal training packages must be purchased at the service desk prior to your FIRST personal training session. NO monetary transactions take place through the trainer.
  • Please give your personal trainer a receipt for your personal training package on the first visit as well as when new packages are purchased.
  • Personal training sessions are expected to start and end on time. Tardiness will result in loss of personal training time that will not be made up.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the missed session. Should your trainer cancel at the last minute, you will be owed a free session by that trainer.
  • Partner, three- or four-person training packages are purchased with the knowledge that all participants are present during the training session. There are no make-ups for missed sessions.
  • Half-hour sessions can be combined into hour or longer sessions. This is contingent on your schedule and your personal trainer’s schedule.
  • 10 and 20 half-hour packages EXPIRE 6 MONTHS after the date of purchase. 2 and 5 half-hour packages EXPIRE 3 MONTHS after date of purchase. All sessions must be completed within these time frames.
  • EEHF policy requires refunds to be processed as in-house credit.
