Gustavo Chagoya, MD, a neurosurgeon, has joined Edward-Elmhurst Medical Group.

Dr. Chagoya earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Chagoya’s clinical interests include brain and spine tumors, skull base neurosurgery, trigeminal neuralgia, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery, herniated discs, degenerative spine diseases, adult scoliosis, spine reconstruction, minimally invasive surgery and microneurosurgery.
