Visiting hours and guidelines

At Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, our patient’s health and well-being are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have specific visiting hours and detailed safety guidelines for visitors.

Visitor safety guidelines

We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe environment for our patients. The following safety guidelines are required for all patients, visitors and staff:

  • All visitors must sign in at the reception area and receive a visitor’s tag.
  • Visitors are limited to two per patient.
  • Personal items are not allowed to be brought into the building, including:
    • Handbags or purses
    • Backpacks
    • Pillows or blankets
    • Food or beverages
    • Cell phones
    • Laptops
    • Gaming devices
    • Lighters or matches
    • Toys
    • Weapons
    • Sharp objects
    • Drugs, medication, alcohol

We encourage you to secure personal items prior to your arrival at the hospital. A coat room is also available for your convenience. Linden Oaks is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Visitor schedule

Visiting hours are limited to a narrow time-frame because our patients participate in active, highly-structured programs where they are busy for extended periods. Please click here to see the schedule for visiting hours.
