Dr. Zhang was very professional and attentive.

Doctor seemed insulted that I received a second opinion. Frankly none of his business and its my right. Questioned the amount of doctors I have seen. Again none of his business. I stated that I do in fact have better things to do than visit doctors and who would want to spend time in a doctors office.

Usually the nurses or medical assistants that take vital signs and basic information are very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the individual whom I dealt with at the last appointment was somewhat short and not as friendly as the others.

Dr. Zhang seemed to be very knowledgeable, however, I felt he was a bit arrogant during my first visit with him. My husband asked, how may times should a person take Ibuprofen a week. He said, three. We don't know if he was trying to read my husbands facial expression or what? He then proceeded to say, " I am not going to argue with you, I am the Dr., I have the education and with his finger made a shape that he is the one with the certificate and had nothing to prove to us. My husband was obviously very angry, we both looked at each other wondering why the rude response and was it necessary. I to have an education but I don't talk to people in such a manner. Because I am sick and started this visit, I will give him another chance before I think about seeing someone else. Thank you.
