My philosophy of care is based on the principles of whole health, mutual respect, and collaboration. It is important to me to build a trusting relationship with my clients in order to successfully achieve their health goals. Providing the right education and tools to empower my clients to create healthy habits, not restrictions, is of key importance. Wonderful and professional.

She is very good, cares about me as a person and makes me stop to think about that as well and what I can do to take care of my self. Can't ask for more than that. She helps me re center my thinking, and I really appreciate that!

Kristin listened to my concern and gave me another treatment. I felt better when she said we have no failures here, the felling I had when I did not achieve my goal in the first treatment

The actual nurse practitioner who met with me appeared a little behind schedule, which is probably why the rest of appointment felt extremely rushed. At points I felt out of breathe trying to explain all the measures I've taken on my mind but her responses were rushed and felt a little dismissive. Didn't have much time to discuss other options and towards end I was not comfortable asking questions. This was a difficult step for me to take of going to a weight loss clinic bc I've been trying so hard on my own and have been dealing with months of trying to figure out root problem. Non empathetic approach I felt from both didn't not make this easier. Assistant came off a little judgy as well.
