For not being set up with MyChart or email, etc., I would have to rate my providers clinic with a level 5. Everyone has worked extremely will with me.

The doctor was very condescending and rude. She was an hr. late to the appointment. She did not seem to care about what my concerns were or being late to the appointment. She pretty much told me that she couldn't help me because I was still breast feeding my son in which it felt like she was belittling and shaming me. I've never felt so discouraged of feeling hopeful that I would get help. I left left feeling bad and like I just wasted my time and money to see this doctor. She could have recommended a MRI or looked in more dept. about possible medications or solutions. But instead just shrugged her shoulders as if she were saying "oh well." This doctor needs to work on being more empathetic towards her patients and work at trying to help find a solution toward medical conditions, instead of seeming burdened to be in an exam room with her patients. I hated to leave such a negative review, but this needed to be said to help improve quality of service. Thank you!

*Dr. Stachnik is very thorough. Listens and considers information from me, explains pros and cons of proposed treatment, etc. I'm a better patient, esp. w/_____ managing the ups & downs of my condition, because of her clinical knowledge and manner. I'm very lucky to have her as my neurologist. And, the entire office is fabulous!

Dr Stachnik is a very caring doctor, who was genuinely interested in what I had to say. She listened very closely to my concerns, then told me to suck it up! Ha ha! Just joking. Dr Stachnik is great! Also, her staff is also very attentive and professional.

Dr. Stachnik and I are working to get my medication dosage right for some difficult medications. I appreciate her time.

*Dr. Stachnik was EXTREMELY late, at least 45 min w/30+ in exam room. ... She is professional but with a style that appears forced. Her apology for their lateness was tepid, then when challenged turned to "really sorry." In short her style is robotic & she seemed stressed ea. visit.

In the answers that were not very good, it is because the Doctor did not respond to my questions fully. She was more concerned about typing information about what I was there for and not what I could do to better the situation. I really left without really feeling better, and was not really interested in the medication she provided. I took the medication and found that it did not work. I will provide that information today.
