Nurse practitioner (NP) did not come in to look at condition instead a student came in to perform evaluation. Student was very nice. NP then came into room and did not evaluate condition and just said it was probably fine but going to run some tests. I then asked a question regarding the test and the NP seemed annoyed at the question. After performing the tests, NP scheduled more testing without calling to discuss the results of the previous tests. Called the office of the NP to see if I could talk with the NP about the test results but she was unavailable and the NP never returned my call. The next day got another call from the office saying they were switching what new tests I needed to do and I never received explanation on the change. I felt confused and more concerned on my condition and did not receive any explanations on what was going on.

The NP was extremely sweet, gentle, calm and soft hearted. I enjoyed seeing her and would definitely see her again!
