1) My appointment window was between 4.00-4.45pm. The doctor arrived 35 minutes late so I felt rushed.2) It has been one week since my appointment when I had blood draws taken. I have not received a follow-up phone call or any communication about the results or any next steps.

Dr Prades was very approachable and soft spoken.He answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed as it was my 1st visit with him.But most important he was on time!!!
