Felt rushed and dismissed. Requested refills on all my medications which were ignored

Terrible experience with Dr Mohammed during this last appointment. She seemed very one sided and even told me that, " She wasn't Dr. ..., she does things differently" when discussing refilling a medication that I've been on for several years. She was cold and inconsiderate. I will be looking for a new doctor!

My son and I had an appointment with Dr. Fayeza Mohammed, a wonderful doctor and a very nice person. This is the first doctor in my life who is so neat and very competent. The atmosphere at the reception is comfortable, friendly, Doctor Fayeza Mohammed explains and explains everything clearly, communicates calmly and correctly, psychologically the reception is very easy. Many thanks to the doctor for her ethics and professionalism. I also want to separately thank the front desk and the doctor's assistant for their attention and warm welcome. Every time I see this doctor, I feel like there is not enough time to address all of the concerns. It seems she is being rushed to meet a quota. She is pleasant, but I don't feel I even get to utilize her knowledge. I usually have to do my own research before and after appointments.

I felt everyone was rushing through the appointment because it was the last one of the day. I brought up a concern and it was brushed over and said we would look into it next appointment.
