Felt rushed and overall neglected. It's not great to hear as you are in immense pain the person saying "oh you have an implant." I feel like I was brushed aside and judged harshly for trying to get treatment, like she was disgruntled at the fact that I waited so long to do basic care. With treatment like this, I understood why I didn't seek care.

This sort of exam has always been difficult on me. But doctor and her student were great. I could tell she really listened and cared about my comfort. She told me what she was doing and why, and waited for me to feel comfortable. Thank you so much!!

Very rushed and immediately pushed birth control without discussion of other possibilities. Very rushed, showed no empathy or concern, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable to where I cried after visit.

Pap smear was painful, more than uncomfortable. I was told to expect spotting but I've never bled at all after Pap smears or had it hurt.

I explained why I left my previous doctor and felt heard. I had submitted a complaint with the EEH Ombudsman and received no feedback. She listened to me and provided me with information on an issued I am having. Welcomed me to their practice. Explained her role, and understanding my pressure was high he retook it.
