Philosophy Of Care

I chose to be a nurse practitioner to make a difference in patients' lives by providing evidence-based care and incorporating nursing experience. I believe it is vital to be a patient advocate and treat the patient as a whole rather than just the disease itself. The care should be tailored individually to each patient in order to provide high quality care. My goal is to involve the patient in the decision-making process and collaborate with other specialists as needed.

This appointment was the first time seeing this doctor. The doctor being semi new to the office. But since my NP was unavailable, I was offered an appointment that not only fit perfectly into my schedule, and the doctor accepting my insurance coverage. Plus, I did not wait too long for medical care. I scheduled the appointment. And was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.
