I had such a painful cough and the PN Jennifer Ingram showed great concern and said this was a serious sounding cough. She did a Covid and RSV test and sent me directly to CFH for a chest X-ray which showed pneumonia. She called in all my meds and I was home resting and on meds within a couple of hours. She called and gave me the results quickly and explained the need for me to shut my week down and go home and take care of myself.
