Katie Hazelett is an exceptional physician! She is the best physician I've ever known! Her friendly, caring approach to provide excellent care is outstanding!! I am very thankful to have her professional medical guidance and helpful suggestions for my health. She's absolutely wonderful!!

Katie was amazing. I have never had a doctor actually listen to my concerns like she did. And together we came up with a great game plain to take care of all my issues. I can't say how great she was and so kind!!!!!

Katelyn Hazelett has been amazing every time that I have seen her. She listens carefully, forgets nothing from previous visits, is quite thorough, and I feel very comfortable with her as my doctor. I feel that she misses nothing. I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and Katelyn was as supportive and kind as my friends have been. I am extremely happy with her care.

Katelyn is very considerate of my time and is always responsive when I have a question or concern. She explains test results well and I feel confident that she is guiding me correctly. She listens and involves me in my health care.
