Dr. Frank was more thorugh and took time to listen to my concerns. He saw past my acute issues to see something else is causing them and is taking necessary care to try and diagnose issues.

Hospital individuals charged with telephonic communication with me did a sub-standard job. I was not impressed. Nurses in day surgery were absolutely FANTASTIC and extremely CARING ANFD HELPFUL. TOP NOTCH!!! Dr. Frank is possibly the greatest doctor on this earth. The best I have ever dealt with.

a long wait and that's fine I understand. I feel like I was offered the same.

I and another patient were a bit late because of down power lines on the road to the drs office. Although I have waited at least 1/2 hr or more to see the dr at other times, we were told "I'll see if the dr will still see you". And then when he would, I needed to use the restroom as well as the other patient and we were told there wasn't time and to take a seat. Well, after waiting and waiting, I got up and I told her I was going to the restroom and would be back in 2 min. (which is located down the hall from the office. There isn't a restroom in the office, at least for patients) After I returned the other patient told her the same thing. We still waited at least an additional 45 min to be seen. The receptionist was just plain rude an not caring. There have been other times when sometimes I felt ignored at the window. It would also be nice if there was a tv to help pass the time while waiting.
