I feel that this care provider could have addressed more of what I said where my symptoms. He focused more on only one area and took a very slow approach to solve my issues which I told provider I've already done what he suggested with no change . I will search for another doctor .

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank's for several years. He is a very good listener and spends whatever amount of time is necessary to determine next steps in my treatment.

Dr Frank didn't spend much time like a professional would do ! And he was very conservative on talking to me or even giving me time to ask questions! I asked him for the ingredients of the injections that he would be injecting my body with and he was conservative on that too! I don't know if he treats all of his patient like this or he didn't like my name or my looks!!!! It's wasn't a pleasant meeting this ( guy )And thank you for giving me the chance to say my opinion.

Dr. Frank made comments and asked questions that made me feel like I didn't belong there and It made me feel terrible. He said I see you have been going from hospital to hospital and begin to name those hospitals and he asked me what was my address and why did I come there? Edwards-Elmhurst accepted my insurance to see a psychiatrist, when other establishment did not and I was referred to the hospital because of it's diversity, patient care and that the doctors will do their best to help you. I felt the opposite but in the end I was given referrals to have 2 test done.
