I treat each patient with respect and dignity while valuing their unique cultural diversity. I value patient input everytime by being attentive to their concerns and needs. I always educate and encourage pateints to be involved in all aspects of their medical care. I like when patients ask questions and I always ask them if they have any other questions and if they fully understand what we discussed today. In addition to addressing their acute and chronic illnesses, I strongly emphasize to my patients the importance of prevention of disease. I try to identify and solve any risk factors which could lead to future health problems.

I was assigned Dr Elezi after my primary Dr retired from practice. Dr Elezi has been very attentive and has handled all of my issues over the years with kindness.

I couldn't believe the service! I looked online on a Tuesday. Had an appointment with him 2 days later on thursday. He referred me to several doctors one of which was a cardiologist. And he forwarded a message today cardiologist because on the way home I got a phone call from the cardiologist that they had an appointment available the next day. I was very unhappy with my previous provider from a different medical group. I am glad that I found this doctor in this medical group. It doesn't bother me his office is next to a funeral home. Lol!

The doctors schedule is always wide open but each time I come, he's always 20 minutes late seeing me.I feel I am seeing a PA, he does not follow through nor is complete in review. For example, never ordered a stress test for my annual. I had to ask. Forgot to renew a sleeping medication and when reminded by portal, told me I had to see him again.
