Philosophy Of Care

I treat each patient with respect and dignity while valuing their unique cultural diversity. I value patient input everytime by being attentive to their concerns and needs. I always educate and encourage pateints to be involved in all aspects of their medical care. I like when patients ask questions and I always ask them if they have any other questions and if they fully understand what we discussed today. In addition to addressing their acute and chronic illnesses, I strongly emphasize to my patients the importance of prevention of disease. I try to identify and solve any risk factors which could lead to future health problems.

Just an overall positive experience from the time I checked in at the desk with a smiling, friendly receptionist to my visit with my provider!

This doctor and his staff are wonderful. I always leave knowing exactly what my condition is and medications and tests. I get in it in time for my appointment and he never rushes his time with me. He always asks me if I have anymore questions and if I understand everything. The staff is super nice, polite and knowledgeable.

All excellent, except that the nurse was unable to draw blood, so I went to nearby Elmhurst Hospital, where blood was drawn immediately with no problems. I am very satisfied with Dr. Elizi.

Never got a call from provider to discuss lab results. for all I know - he may have never seen them. follow up with patients is important - even if labs are all WNL.

change in my BP Med proved to be a problem and wasn't resolved for 3 days. This last visit the clinic gave a feeling that their isn't enough staff to provide good service and not because the staff didn't want to.....but because they couldn't.
