I wished the doctor could have explained /showed me more the injury or issue I went to see him for. I never saw the MRI or showed me what was normal and what was not normal. I felt I was just given bad news which I was shocked to hear but walked away not knowing exactly what my options were or given any reasonable solution or amount of time I would recover from the pain and lack of mobility. I walked away with the impression I will have to live with this knee pain for the rest of my life and just have to make accommodations. It just didn't sit well with me hearing there is nothing really I can do but stop running and doing any high intensity workouts. I have done that for the last 2 months and I still have the pain. I liked the doctor and would probably go back and see him again but next time maybe prepare a list of questions to ask before leaving. Just wished I walked away having a clear picture of what is really wrong with my knee that continues to cause me pain and lack of mobility.
