Wasn't our normal doctor. First time for a sick appt. Didn't test for anything to make sure it wasn't more serious. My son is more sick than he was yesterday, going to return the brand medicine she recommended since it didn't help his cough at all. 5 stars because I don't care about that and rather give kindness since they did spend a little time looking at his ear and mouth. I'm sure they feel they did a great job.

I am under the impression that the provider needs to ask a lot more questions, show more interest for the patient or be more effusive. I am just giving you honest feedback because I've seen other providers at Edward Elmhurst and I can tell the difference.
