Dr. Cohan has been my nephrologist going on 14 years. I travel 125 miles for my medical appointments because of the faith and trust I have in him. He surpasses, significantly, my expectations and I am forever grateful for the care he has provided me during the extension of my life of which could have gone wayyyyyy south with out it.
