I believe patient care should begin with establishing a relationship based on mutual trust through clear and open communication. Paying keen attention to the patient’s history and exam leads to an accurate diagnosis and early development of a patient-directed treatment plan. I strive to listen to unique patient concerns and understands the desire to return to daily activities, work or sports. Dr, Choi was unable to help, so he suggested another doctor. I waited 3 week ( in pain) then was told he could not help because he does not do knee replacements....

-Left feeling concern for ongoing pain and without remedy to solve it in the near future- would have liked more discussion about other treatment options and diagnosis of the ongoing problem-felt my interest in more diagnostic exams/imaging was disregarded
