Dr Bhat and the clerical and clinical staff are great. Dr Bhat is exceptionally good at keeping me in line as far as making sure I have all the tests that need to be done to keep me healthy!

Dr Rohani is such a wonderful doctor , friendly and treat me very well but her office staffs need to improve her professionalism. I am visiting this office for a while and have experienced the same kind of feeling after every visit like lack of respect, friendliness, professionalism, greetings, lack of understanding, unhelpful, poor performances or laziness. the nurse ... I am glad you have sent this survey to me because after experiencing so many times and getting that same negativity from that lady I was definitely ready to review her & her work ethics / professionalism. There is another nurse I think her name is ... ( something like that) even she was not dealing with me but always greet, smile and her body language also very friendly. I also decided after my last visit that next time I m gonna ask for ...and bye to ... ( I m hoping that's her name otherwise you can check from my file who was the last person with me on my last visit there. )

I am the daughter who takes this patient to her doctor visits. I sometimes feel that they are dismissive of my Mom's concern because it is an ongoing condition. No one can seem to figure out why she is ..... It is very frustrating for her. It is for this reason that she brings up the all her appointments.
