All I needed was advice on how to proceed with a shallow cut. It should have been a message but instead I had to call a nurse who then had me schedule the telehealth call which never ended up happening and finally a nurse called me because my appointment was so late and I was told to keep putting neosporn on and follow up in a few days. In total at least an hour has been wasted on this let alone the days in between waiting for answers.
