Healthy Driven Hero program

Has a caregiver made a difference in your life? Our patients and their families often ask about ways to acknowledge acts of professionalism and kindness from our physicians, nurses, other staff members and volunteers.

By participating in the Healthy Driven Hero program, you can acknowledge and thank a caregiver who has gone above and beyond and exhibited our Healthy Driven values of determination, respect, integrity, vision, excellence and nurturing.

Here is how the program works:

1. Express your gratitude for the caregiver by making a donation in his or her honor.
2. Select “Healthy Driven Hero” in the online Donation Form for either Edward, Elmhurst or Linden Oaks Hospitals (choose below) and include your message in the comments field.
3. We’ll notify the caregiver of your generosity in their honor while keeping the amount of your donation confidential. The caregiver will receive a note of thanks and a commemorative pin.

Your participation in this important program will mean a lot to your caregiver. Also, any gift, big or small, will help to support programs and services that touch the lives of many in our community every day.
