Philosophy Of Care

I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to treating pain and maximizing function. My goal is to provide excellent patient centered care while promoting return to activity. I feel that oftentimes pain takes precedent over function, when it’s truly the ability to function that allows people to return to work and engage in an active lifestyle.

He just looked at the notes I provided him regarding my MRI. Never once examined me. He was in the room less than 10 minutes, told me what he wanted to do and then he left. I wasn't given any options.

We discussed other options. I do get great relief from the trigger point injections.

Dr. Peng explained everything about my current procedure and future care. Also mentioned I should probably have another MRI on my knee since it still hurts though the shot is for my hip. I was very pleased.
