The nurse and Dr. Druzak were both extremely kind and listened to my concerns, taking them seriously when I asked to testing done to rule out issues with my health. I am very appreciative

The appointment started out fine and she was very nice. However, there was discussion about a med change I was not comfortable with to the point of feeling anxious and tearful and instead of acknowledging my concerns and taking more time to answer my questions. I feel like she became abrasive and dismissive. I completely understand her stance, but feel the situation could have been handled better.
