Video Visit for COVID-19 Symptoms
On-demand Video Visits with a healthcare provider are available through the MyEEHealth™ mobile app (and MyChart® mobile app).
A Video Visit is similar to a video conferencing call. You may use the MyChart website but make sure your computer has a camera and test your hardware before the visit. Select "Talk to a doctor" in MyChart.

E-Visit for COVID-19 Symptoms
You can request an E-Visit by completing an online questionnaire in MyChart. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete your E-Visit request, which is reviewed by our Physician Assistants (PAs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).
You can expect a response (in the form of a MyChart message) from our staff within 1-2 hours when you submit your request between 8am - 8pm (Monday - Friday), or 8am - 4pm (Saturday - Sunday).
