The term "level of care" refers to the degree of intensity, complexity, structure, and support offered within the treatment setting.

Following the completion of your initial assessment, the Endeavor Health/Linden Oaks Behavioral Health care team will collaborate with you to determine the optimal level of care tailored to meet your requirements. This approach aims to assist you in reaching your goals and facilitating a return to your daily routine and usual level of functioning.

Our recommendations may include a combination of treatments such as:

• Inpatient
• Partial hospitalization program (PHP)
• Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
• Counseling
• Medication management/psychiatry
• Neuropsychological and psychological testing
• Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
