Preparing for your video visit

After scheduling your video visit, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to begin your secure video session.

IMPORTANT - You will need to prepare for your session by downloading the appropriate app or browser extension. Instructions are found below. You can do that now or after you schedule. If you have any issues preparing for your visit, please call 630-527-3645.
