Prepare for and begin a Video Visit

For your Video Visit, you will need a smartphone, tablet or computer with a web camera and microphone. (If you don’t have a device, ask your doctor about a phone visit to meet your needs.)

You’ll also need a MyChart® account with Edward-Elmhurst Health. MyChart is also on the MyEEHealth™ app (recommended).

If you don’t have a MyChart account, it’s easy to sign up. If you need help, call the MyChart Help Line at 630-527-5070.
