Pilates Reformer Circuit

This Pilates Reformer class will concentrate on core work, but hit all major muscle groups. This class will help you to improve your range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, core strength, and decrease back, neck, and joint pain. The Pilates Reformers as well as different equipment such as TRX, mats, balls, rings, etc. will be used to shift your body into a leaner and toner, you.

Myofascial Release with Foam Rollers

This sort of self-massage will help your muscles be more pliable. Eliminating tension reduces scar tissue, helps with new or old injuries, overuse, stress, inflammation, trauma and poor posture. Get rolling - enjoy the freedom of movement! After you receive the benefits of this class, you will be clicking your heels and saying "there's no place like foam." This class is also known as Roll and Release and is not recommended for those with sciatic nerve issues, spinal fusion or severe varicose veins.

Barre Method Body Sculpting

Barre workout is a 60-minute, total body, non-impact workout. Join Lana Bassetto for muscle-shaping isometric exercises to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. Every exercise includes active stretching and is followed by additional stretching to elongate the muscles just worked.

Yoga for Men

Originally, yoga was designed as a rigorous practice for the warrior class of men to develop their minds and bodies. In the U.S. some still think it's not masculine. The only men who would think such a thing have never practiced yoga. Frequent yoga training may increase flexibility and range of motion while relieving muscle tension. Bridget Lenard, RYT will give you a great low-impact workout while making you stronger and more focused. Yoga is also a way to cross train which is necessary for athletes who do the same activity or exercise routine year round.

Flow and Core

Bridget Lenard RYT will help you stand up taller, be stronger and feel great with the combination of flow yoga and Pilates. We will start with the movement of yoga coordinating movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next, and then finish with a core strengthening Pilates workout that is sure to put us in a better place.
