Yoga for the Inflexible

This is where to start if you have limited yoga experience or poor range of motion. Come learn terminology, breathing techniques, asanas (physical poses), and so much more in an expertly guided environment with Kathy Hirschfeld, 200RYT; Ylona Cavalier, RYT; or Mandy Bakas, 200RYT. This class will help improve your balance, strength, flexibility, posture and is a great place to start!

Pilates Reformer Circuit at Naperville and Seven Bridges

This Pilates Reformer class will concentrate on core work, but hit all major muscle groups. This class will help you to improve your range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, core strength, and decrease back, neck, and joint pain. The Pilates Reformers as well as different equipment such as TRX, mats, balls, rings, etc. will be used to shift your body into a leaner and toner, you.

FIT30-HR

Wearable technology is trending more than ever…but are you using it to its fullest potential? Progress from tracking steps to tracking heart rate (HR) through this NEW functional circuit class to allow for the most effective way to reach your fitness goals!

All participants begin with a Fitness Profile to learn your HR Training Zones and create a Training Goal. Use your own tech or borrow ours during the class.

Barre Method Body Sculpting

Barre workout is a 60-minute, total body, non-impact workout. Join us for muscle-shaping isometric exercises to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. Every exercise includes active stretching and is followed by additional stretching to elongate the muscles just worked.

Butts and Gutts

Tracey Carr will take you through this tush-targeted and core workout. The first half hour works the three muscles in the butt to the maximus! The gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus do more than add roundness to your behind. Strong glutes protect you from injury and improve athletic performance. Then the next 30 minutes is designed to strengthen and tone your core. Yoga based core exercises to challenge your gut.

Children's Services

Spring Camp

Edward-Elmhurst Health and Fitness is offering a fun-filled week of activities for your children to enjoy during your spring break. While at camp, your kids will enjoy swimming, imagination, organized gym games, a field trip on Friday and lots of fun. Campers should bring their swimsuits, a change of clothes, water bottle, sack lunch and daily snack daily. Ages 5-11. Daily Camp is available Monday – Thursday. No before or after camp will be offered for Spring Camp.

Swimming Lessons

Get signed up for the new swimmer testing date on Wednesday, March 21 from 6 to 7 p.m. Call 630-646-7940 to reserve your time. Swim lessons are available at Seven Bridges in the Children’s Pool six days a week, during the day and in the evening.
