My intention as a registered dietitian is to help individuals discover tools they can use to tap into their own healing potential as they journey towards optimal wellness. I use a lifestyle medicine approach to nutrition care. This focuses on each individual as a whole and integrates plant-forward nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and social connection.
