Didn't provide medicine to improve illness; had to see dr several days later for proper medication. Survey doesn't address walk-in clinic-one doesn't make an appointment, so those questions do not apply.

Like the care by your medical team. our family will continue to use your immediate care for flue symptoms etc in the future. Very thorough and concerned with our health and recovery. We continue to recommend to others.

The doctor was ok- but very dismissive. I was crying I was in so much pain and I was told to go take some Advil. I ended up having HFM and a sinus infection- but as soon as my strep test was negative I felt like they were done with me when I knew something was wrong. The receptionist that checked me in was pleasant and nice, the nurse who took my vitals was not. she seemed annoyed with me. not concerned for the amount of pain/distress I was in. was very short with me, and wouldn't let me tell her things (like the fact that my BP was much higher than normal.). She made it clear with her tone, the look in her face, and the way she addressed me when I was doing something wrong. Rather than asking or politely telling me I needed to uncross my leg for my BP, she very rudely said "you need to uncross your leg.". I work in customer service, and the way she spoke to me conveyed that she either hated me or her job.

I am her mother and we both felt that the receptionist was rude and the lady that took her blood pressure was not friendly. The PA was not very helpful. She looked in her ears and did not discuss verdigo issues which is what we believe she had. They all seemed like they were in a hurry to go home since it was getting close to closing time on Friday night. I have dealt with the receptionist before and she is rude everytime I go there.
