Philosophy Of Care

As an Urologist I am dedicated to understanding urologic disorders and delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to each patient as if they are family members and in a manner that I would expect to be treated. I believe in listening to each patient’s story, treating them individually, and developing a care plan specific for their needs. Some urologic issues are easily resolved and others require long term care and follow up which I will continue to maintain. I like to learn about each patient to help me to understand their medical condition as well as themselves as individuals. I am dedicated to respecting every patient’s privacy, communicating freely, understanding diversity and working in a just culture. I will continue to be an advocate for patients, physicians, and healthcare workers in our community.

Dr. Pasciak did an excellent job of explaining my condition, possible causes, and treatments. In addition, he used different techniques to make sure I understood my medical condition. Dr. Pasciak answered all my questions using language that I could understand.
