Dr Janevicius took time to carefully explain treatment of my wound,how to care for it at home. He was very positive about the outcome. He also included my caregiver in the discussion. Many physicians simply ignore caregivers , who many patients rely on for care.

Came in the room for maximum of 2 minutes to tell me to keep doing what I was already told to do. He gave no additional insight and did not put the "care" in healthcare.
