The delY in seeing me was caused by scheduling. Had to do a pre op visit before a surgery. They squeeze me in at last minute. Much appreciated.

Despite previous patient's lateness pushing all back, there was not any feeling of being rushed by nurse or doctor. Quality and Time spent with nurse and especially Dr. Bresnahan was exemplary.
