Provider said he would make the appointment quick because I had waited for an hour. The purpose isn't to make the appointment quick, but to answer my questions thoroughly and as the provider show up on time. I understand emergencies happen, but an hour without providing an idea to the patient is inexcusable. Answers to questions were vague, did not appear to review my chart prior to meeting with me. Did not look me in the eye when responding to questions.
