I think it should be customary for the physician to apologize for making a patient wait so long. When the physician entered the room, there was no hello, no acknowledgement of the wait, no social connection. I probably will not go back to this doctor nor recommend this clinic/dr. Because of the lack of acknowledgement. Edward Elmurst makes a point of telling me how I will be charged if I miss an appointment. While this is not the exact same thing, how about considering reimbursement for my time? Last, just apologize when you roll in 25 minutes late. It makes a difference.

Dr Bockhold has always treated me with kindness and genuine concern. I have seen a few neurologist in my time and he is my favorite.

Dr.Bockhold demonstrated knowledge and genuine concern when examining my daughter who is autistic. He needs to work on bedside manner. He exhibited a lack of patience with her to the point that he became loud when she had some difficulty following his instructions.

Dr Bockhold has horrible bedside manners. I felt as if I was being judged, I felt as if I was bothering him just being there, and I felt as if he didn't believe what I was saying. He was rude and I didn't feel as if he actually wanted to help me.
