Ashley Quick, LCPC

Meet Ashley Quick, LCPC, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health. Quick earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College Graduate School and is fluent in Spanish. Quick has a broad range of clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in community mental health settings, residential, and in a hospital setting.

Quick is a play therapist, and uses Child Centered Play Therapy with children to help them increase their self-esteem, increase their internal locus of control, and process past traumas and/or everyday stressors through their first language of play. With adults, Quick uses CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as therapeutic interventions. She believes in empowering clients by helping them learn skills to help manage their presenting problems.
