  • Start a food diary, looking the quality and quantity of the food
  • Aim for 64 ounces of water a day
  • Exercise (e.g., walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes, five times a week)
  • Sleep for 7-8 hours a night
  • Decrease stress through meditation, music, etc.
