What if you need to find a new doctor and didn’t have to wait on the phone to schedule an appointment?

What if you needed care now and could find a nearby walk-in location and save your spot on the way there?

What if you could keep track of test results, prescriptions and follow-ups all in the same place?

What if you could assess your health without leaving the couch?

Now you can. Apologies for the cliché, but we have an app for that!

With MyEEHealthTM, our mobile app, you can do all those things and more from your phone, tablet or Apple Watch.

  • Log in to MyChart® for direct access to your secure online patient portal.
  • Schedule an appointment for a test, procedure or doctor visit, including the next available one.
  • Find a doctor using our advanced search tool to match your needs with a doctor who’s right for you.
  • Find walk-in care and use On My Way to save your spot.
  • Take a health risk assessment to quickly gauge your risk for a variety of health conditions and get suggested next steps.

MyEEHealth includes an easy login to MyChart, where you can:

  • Message your doctor’s office
  • View your test results
  • Request prescription renewals
  • Schedule or start a Video Visit Now
  • Get alerts for earlier appointment times
  • Check-in before your visit
  • Seek treatment advise with an E-visit*
  • Pay your bill

*Available to patients with an Edward Medical Group or Elmhurst Clinic primary care provider. An E-Visit can replace a clinic appointment or walk-in visit for certain non-emergent medical conditions.

The MyEEHealth app makes healthcare easier to navigate. It’s part of our mission to make your experience safe, seamless and personal. MyEEHealth is available for Apple and Android devices.
